What is snail mail?
Snail mail is good old-fashioned mail—the kind that shows up in your actual mailbox. Heart + Post turns it into a monthly romantic getaway, built around an original romance story and a new destination each month.
What comes in my envelope?
Each Heart + Post mailing includes an original romance story, a destination-inspired postcard, recipe card, curated playlist, bookmark, and a few thoughtful extras—all designed around that month’s story and location.
When will I get my mail?
Heart + Post mailings are sent on the 15th of every month. Orders for that month close at midnight on the 10th, giving us time to prepare and pack everything before it begins its journey to your mailbox.
Orders placed after the 10th roll over to the following month. For example, an order placed on November 20 would be for the December mailing.
How long will my mailing take to arrive?
Heart + Post is sent by USPS First-Class Mail, which typically takes about 1–5 business days after mailing. Because it travels as regular letter mail, tracking is not included. Delivery times can vary depending on location, holidays, weather, and USPS delays.
Can I send Heart + Post as a gift?
Absolutely.
Heart + Post can be sent directly to someone special—just use their mailing address at checkout. You can choose a one-time mailing or give them three months of romantic getaways delivered straight to their mailbox.
If you order after the monthly cutoff, we’ll send your recipient a complimentary postcard letting them know that a special Heart + Post delivery is on the way and when their first envelope will be mailed.
What if my envelope never arrives?
Sometimes mail takes a little longer than expected. If your Heart + Post mailing hasn’t arrived within two weeks of the mailing date, please contact us. We’ll be happy to send one replacement mailing at no additional cost.
